RetireMe is a planning and modeling tool. The projections, simulations, and portfolio analyses we provide are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making retirement decisions.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
Retirement projections depend on assumptions about future market returns, inflation, and other inherently uncertain variables. Monte Carlo simulations illustrate a range of possible outcomes -- they do not predict the future. Market data from Yahoo Finance may be delayed or incomplete. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any projection or data displayed.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial information you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password or allow others to access your account.
Acceptable Use
You may use RetireMe for personal retirement planning. Reverse engineering, scraping, and automated access (bots, scripts) are prohibited without prior written consent. We reserve the right to rate-limit or block abusive accounts.
Accounts & Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy.
Subscription & Billing
RetireMe offers a paid subscription billed annually through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Manage or cancel from your account settings. Refund requests are handled case-by-case -- contact us if you were charged in error.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RetireMe and its creators shall not be liable for any financial losses, damages, or adverse outcomes resulting from use of or reliance on the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
